				<description><![CDATA[ <b><font color='blue'>番茄炒蛋</font></b><br> <br> 材料:蕃茄1個<br> 雞蛋4顆 <br> 蔥1支 <br> 辣椒1支<br> 蒜末 2小匙 <br> 太白粉水適量 <br> <br> 調味料: 鹽1小匙 糖2小匙 雞粉1小匙 米酒1大匙 胡椒粉1小匙 水120㏄ 香油適量 <br> <br> <font color='olive'>做法</font> <br> <font color='brown'>1.蕃茄切丁；蔥切段；辣椒切片；雞蛋打散成蛋液，備用。2.熱一鍋倒入適量的油，放入蒜末與作法1的蔥段、辣椒片爆香後，放入作法1的蛋液炒至熟透。3.加入所有調味料炒至湯汁沸騰，以太白粉水勾芡後加入香油拌勻即可。</font>]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ <b><font color='blue'>甜蜜雞翼</font></b><br> <br> 材料：雞翼約10隻 砂糖約2-3湯匙 生抽約4-5湯匙<br> <br> <font color='green'>做法</font>：<font color='olive'>1. 在解了凍的雞翼中加入砂糖再加生抽醃數小時(醃過夜更好)；2. 放雞翼到焗盤前要多放兩張錫紙到焗盤上，否則焗好後便要清洗很久；3. 放雞翼入焗爐中以400F的溫度焗約20-30分鐘，再以300F-350F焗到熟透。</font>]]></description>
