Yes. My BB joins Fanny's workshop from 18 months to 32 months (for almost 14 months).
Would be considered if transportation is not an issue for you since it's a distance from MTR/ KCR station. Most parent drives car.
Fee is fair HKD 200/ lession, very flexible for once a week including Saturday or Sunday.
Teachers are nice, despite the facilities is not in top class including toilet.

I have called Fanny's workshop and reserved a seat for my baby in joining their playgroup once my daughter's age reach 18 months.
